Code of Ethics

Standards - We will perform all work according to Industry, and AMSA standards at all times. We will not lower our work ethic due to time of day or personal circumstances.

Time - We will always be on time for our appointments. If extraneous circumstances do not allow this we will inform the customer immediately and reschedule if necessary.

Trust – Customer’s trust us with their personal information and sometimes access to their unoccupied residence. We will not violate this trust in any measure.

Respect - We will not arrive at the job neither unscheduled or without the customer’s knowledge, nor will we leave the job without informing either the customer, or other responsible party.

Honesty – We will perform the work agreed upon at the price quoted. Should either the work or the price need adjustment, we will negotiate this with the customer prior to continuing.

Integrity – We will strive to never offend the customer by our language, our opinions, or our actions.

About the Owner, Tito Tiberi

Tito is originally from Pennsylvania. He holds a Master's degree and prior to starting Handyman Services he was a counselor and teacher for 22 years. Handyman Services has been in operation since 1997 and from the beginning, Tito has had a commitment to service and his customers. Tito and his family live in Sandpoint. He as a daughter in college and a son who is a junior at Sandpoint High School. Tito believes in giving back to the community and is involved in many community activities.
