Moving - Residential/Office Relocation

Men and Trucks

Fuel Charges
1 man and 1 truck $66 per hour $15 - in town
2 men and 1 truck $100 per hour $30 - out of town
3 men and 1 truck $145 per hour $40 - out of Bonner County
4 men and 1 truck $190 per hour $50+ - out of state
4 men and 2 trucks $220 per hour (15% of total bill)
Extra man for crew $50 per hour  
Load/Unload U-hauls $100 per hour  
Hauling (2 men and truck) $100 per hour (plus county dump fees)
General Labor $45 per hour (roof and gutters)
General Labor (non-moving) $40 per hour  
Packing (1 person) $45 per hour (plus cost of materials)

Loading / Unloading Ryder, U-Haul, National Van Lines trucks

$100 per hour - 2 men

NOTE: We cannot transport: gasoline, any type of solvents, or firearms. Paint, creosote, and batteries are the customer's responsibility.

Loading Containers for international shipment

$45 per hour, per worker, door-to-door. We bring all our own equipment.

Piano and Safe Moving (Grand and Uprights)

$200 per hour, door-to-door. Lift gate trucks available. (Includes 4 men and piano board and dollies.)

Winter Services - Roof Shoveling

$45.00 per hour, per worker. Snow blowing: $45 per hour. Please call for time estimate.

Hauling

$100 per hour, door-to-door, two workers and a truck. $50 per hour for additional worker. Disposal fees additional as per receipt.

Disposal Fees

We have an account at the landfill. (Once it's in our truck, it's considered "commercial waste" by the county.) When we get the receipt from the county, we send a copy of the receipt to the customer (no "up" charge).
Fee is $18.50 per cubic yard (the size of a pick up truck). Note that we are not permitted to haul solvents.

Packing and Custom Crating - Furniture, Clocks, Antiques, etc.

We will pick up your valuables for a fee of $100 per hour, door-to-door, or we can drop them off at our facility. We offer a complete line of packing boxes, materials and supplies - Additional charges may apply (shipping and handling charges are quoted in advance). Heated Vault Storage

Inside storage vaults measure 7 feet x 5 feet x 5 feet and can be used for those items you don't want damaged by the weather, such as pianos, antiques, sofas, etc. They are $50/month with a minimum 3 month contract.

PODS (Portable On-Demand Storage)

Various sizes delivered to your location. Pricing is subject to the location and length of usage.

Record Storage

Are you losing the space war as your files and records grow? Are file cabinets, drawers, desks, and storage areas crowded? Are storage space rentals unnecessarily straining your budget? Let us handle your record storage in our alarm-protected building. We can furnish the boxes, pick up your records, store them, retrieve and deliver them with as little as 24-hours notice. Price is per box $1/box per month.

Additional Freight Shipping and Receiving

$35.00 Handling Fee. First three days are FREE, $5.00 per day after that for storage.

Painting

$45.00 per hour plus materials. Painting is performed on a bid basis. Please call 265-5506 for bid.

General or Finish/Custom Carpentry

$45.00 per hour local (additional fee for travel outside the local area). Carpenter helper is $40 per hour. Foundation work is $45/hourrecord storage

Plumbing/Electrical

1 man - $35 per hour

General Labor

Outdoor and garage clean-up, etc. $40 per hour. Property maintenance and security checks $40/hour (time includes travel).

Payment

Handyman Services accepts cash, checks, VISA, Master Card, and American Express. We require credit card, cashiers check or cash for non-local moves. Packing Supplies and Rental Equipment Pricing

About Our Work

All work is performed by employees of the corporation. We are bonded and insured with workers compensation, liability and moving insurance. Certificate of insurance available upon request. Please contact the Handyman Services office with your needs. We work with our clients, their needs and budget. All bids and proposals will be written and client signature approval is required for work to begin. There is a two hour minimum. Prices subject to change without notice. References available upon request.

We are a drug-free workplace, managed by the Bonner General Occupational Health Department.
